Granny Collsy has a few simple rules and guidelines that we all have to follow. Here they are:

1. Shipping

Your bib(s) will be shipped to you within 48 hours of payment being cleared. An email notification will be sent to you with confirmation details of your order and payment.

If you live in Australia, parcels are sent registered mail via Australia Post. We need to use registered methods so that everybody gets PayPal protection.

There is one flat postage and handling rate to anywhere in Australia, regardless of how many products you purchase and that is, $8.50.

If you live in any other country, your parcel will be sent registered post international via Australia Post. Once again, we need to use registered methods so that everybody gets PayPal protection. Please note that if you are buying BabyTuff products and having them shipped to a country outside of Australia, you should check what taxes and duties might need to be paid when they arrive. Often it will be nothing, but you do need to cover yourself because it is convention that the buyer picks up the tab for these costs.

The postage and handling rates in Australian dollars are as follows:

New Zealand - $15.50

Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan - $17.65

UK - $23.15

USA - $20.00

2. Privacy

Quite simply, we do not track your behaviour on our website in any way that can identify you individually.

When you purchase an item, you automatically get a username and password and become a member of our website.

Once we have your information, we promise you that we will not sell, rent or disclose your information to any third parties, by strict order of Granny Collsy. The only exception will be if we are ordered to share information with legitimate police or government agencies.

3. Returns Policy

Granny Collsy gives you 7 days to inspect her BabyTuff products and asks that you contact us immediately if there is something wrong.

Please be aware that all items are hand packed and inspected before they are sent, so we are confident you will rarely ever need to pay attention to this condition.

However, if you do notice something faulty about the product in the 7 days after delivery, please email the details to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Typically, we will ask you to send the item back to us so that we can inspect it and carry out our quality control investigation, you will then get a brand new one sent back to you.

4. GST inclusive

All products sold through BabyTuff are inclusive of the GST.

5. Security

For your convenience and safety we have selected PayPal as our payment gateway. It not only uses world leading security but offers you the option of paying by visa, mastercard, bank deposit or direct from your PayPal account.
